Abstract

The investments represent the primordial factor for the strategy of the national economy development, of all branches and fields of activity, for the increase of the incomes, and a condition to arise the living standard. The directions and targets of economic research, in the existing stage give a special attention to the field of investment. The most frequent meaning for defining investments is that of expense or disposal of money sums at an initial moment in order to obtain subsequent effects, and numerous economists, from different countries, sought to render as many aspects as possible related to the content and mechanism of investment.
